What You Can Do

• Use in unlimited personal projects
• Use in unlimited commercial projects
• Modify or adapt the files to suit your needs
• Use in client projects (you may transfer the final product to your client)
• Use in digital and print products
• Use in social media, websites, apps, and advertisements

What You Cannot Do

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original files
• Include files in any database or template collection for redistribution
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original files
• Use in products that are primarily a redistribution of the files (e.g., selling as clip art)
• Use in trademark or logo designs (unless significantly modified)
• Use in any unlawful or defamatory manner

Single User License

Each purchase grants a license to a single user. If multiple people on your team need access to the files, each person requires their own license. For team or enterprise licensing, please contact us.

Ownership

You are purchasing the right to use the digital files, not ownership of the intellectual property. peakfiles.com and/or the original creators retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the products.
