Digital Products Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded. Digital files cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, as you retain a copy after download.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement in the following situations:
- The file is corrupted or damaged and cannot be opened
- The product is significantly different from its description
- You were charged multiple times for the same product
- Technical issues on our end prevented you from downloading the file
When We Cannot Issue a Refund
Refunds will not be provided in these cases:
- You changed your mind after downloading the product
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- The product doesn't meet your personal expectations (when it matches the description)
- You lack the software or skills to use the product
- The download link expired due to inaction on your part
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order reference number
- The email address used for the purchase
- A detailed explanation of the issue
- Screenshots or other evidence if applicable

Refund Processing
If your refund is approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account
